Description du poste:

The Security Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager is responsible for driving the activation of security solution plays across the Belgium region, ensuring alignment with global strategy while tailoring execution to local market needs. This role focuses on accelerating business growth, improving market share, and enabling field teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. It requires strong collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and partner organisations to orchestrate seamless go-to-market execution.

Ensures Business Group (BG) Leads and field communities have the leadership and enablement needed to run the business locally. Drives area/subsidiary leadership through revealing and pursuing long-range, white-space growth opportunities and investment plans, including geographical expansion.

* Strategic GTM Planning: Develop and execute activation strategies for security solutions, ensuring alignment with global priorities and local market requirements.
* Enablement & Readiness: Equip field teams with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive adoption and pipeline growth.
* Customer & Partner Engagement: Dedicate time to building relationships with customers and partners to accelerate solution adoption and influence buying decisions.
* Performance Management: Monitor pipeline health, conduct business reviews, and implement corrective actions to achieve growth targets.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with SE&O, CMO, engineering, and One Commercial Partner teams to deliver integrated campaigns and programs.
* Insights & Advocacy: Capture field feedback to influence product strategy and competitive positioning

Profil requis du candidat:

Required Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience: Extensive work related experience, formulation and executing marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, and/or related roles.
* Skills:
* Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to analyse data and drive decisions based on insights.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with cybersecurity trends, GTM frameworks, and enterprise sales motions.
Preferred Qualifications:
*
Extensive marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field coupled with equivalent experience.
* Extensive work related experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g, multinational or matrixed) organization.
