At Schneider Electric, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.

The Global Inclusion Lead shapes and delivers Schneider Electric's global inclusion strategy, embedding inclusion "by design" into how we lead, hire, develop, and recognize talent. You'll operate in a highly matrixed, international environment-working across cultures, functions, and time zones-to drive measurable progress and strengthen our impact internally and externally as part of our Inclusion and Care By Design strategy.

Reporting line
This role reports to the Inclusion and Care VP within the Global Talent, Inclusion and Culture team.

What You'll Do
* Lead Global Inclusion Strategy
Design and implement Schneider Electric's inclusion strategy to advance equal chances of success at every level, aligned with business priorities internally and externally. Focus areas may include gender equity, race and ethnicity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, inclusive leadership, and other locally relevant dimensions of diversity.

* Hardwire Inclusion into Processes and Behaviors
Integrate inclusive practices into talent management, recruitment, performance development, and leadership development. Develop policies and practical toolkits that build awareness, capability, and accountability for inclusion across all levels, in close partnership with Care By Design.

* Lead the Global Gender Equity Strategy (Pipeline + Environment)
Lead Schneider Electric's global gender equity strategy to strengthen an inclusive, caring environment for women and improve outcomes across the end-to-end pipeline.
Own progress on the Schneider Sustainability Impact (SSI) ambition of 40% women in leadership roles (currently 32%), translating the ambition into measurable milestones and business-relevant actions.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify where outcomes diverge across processes or parts of the organization (e.g., hiring, progression, performance development, retention), and partner with leaders to address root challenges.
Build senior-stakeholder alignment across HR, business leaders, and key communities to mobilize coordinated action and sustained accountability.

* Governance, Reporting & Measurement
Establish governance frameworks, track progress, and report on key metrics to ensure transparency and continuous improvement. Lead inclusion-related reporting inputs for the Schneider Sustainability Impact (SSI), CSRD, the Annual report, and other corporate compliance and reporting requirements. You will have the opportunity to present to HR leadership.

* Build and Manage External Partnerships
Act as a global ambassador for inclusion, engaging with organizations such as UN Women, WBCSD, and WEF, and managing strategic partnerships.

* Collaborate on Communications
Work closely with internal and external Communications teams to deliver impactful messaging and storytelling on inclusion.

* How You'll Work (Intercultural + Time Zones)
Collaborate with teams and senior stakeholders across regions, cultures, and functions.
Facilitate dialogue across different communication norms and decision-making styles.
Plan and run global meetings across time zones, using clear pre-reads, inclusive facilitation, and follow-through to keep momentum.

Key stakeholders and partnerships
You will build strong working relationships across a broad stakeholder ecosystem, including:
* HR committee members
* Talent managers
* Inclusion and Care SPOCs in each entity
* Communications
* People Analytics
* HRBPs
* Business leaders and people managers across the organization
* External partners and coalitions

What You Can Bring (You don't have to have all of these to apply)
