* Assist with the Americas-wide planning cycle, including data gathering, consolidation, and submission activities tied to quarterly and annual planning processes.
* Support the preparation of business review materials, executive summaries, and ad hoc analyses as requested by the Americas Strategy and Planning Lead.
* Track and update deal-level and program-level data to ensure planning systems and reports reflect the most current information.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect data inputs on time and flag discrepancies or gaps that could affect reporting accuracy.

Operations & Process Support

* Assist in identifying data quality issues and process inefficiencies, and support the implementation of improvements under the direction of the Lead Analyst.
* Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and submitted by required deadlines, maintaining a high standard of quality at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

* A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of professional experience in a financial analysis, business analysis, or planning role
* Exposure to a technology company or sales-driven organization is an asset but not required.

* Exceptionally detail oriented-you take pride in accuracy and are careful to check and validate your work before sharing it.
* Organized and deadline-driven: you manage your time well and follow through on commitments without needing to be prompted.
* A proactive learner who asks good questions, seeks feedback, and continuously looks to improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
* Collaborative and team-oriented, comfortable supporting colleagues and contributing to a shared goal.
