Job Description
Hybrid: for this position is required to be on site 3x/week
What you will do (responsabilities):
* Act as local SME for Employee Journeys, ensuring Brazil requirements are embedded in global standards. Ensure accuracy of the knowledge base and solid Knowledge Governance Model.
* Mapping and optimization of key journeys (onboarding, offboarding, leaves & life events, immigration and Local specific processes). Apply Process-Driven Application methodologies to streamline and standardize workflows for efficiency and consistency.
* Manage Projects, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-implementation review, ensuring alignment with local requirements and organizational goals.
* Enable AI-driven service delivery by supporting the implementation of advanced technology solutions.
* Develop and present insights and reports using Data analytics, demonstrating commercial acumen by connecting HR data to business outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective People Operations solutions.
Location: São Caetano do Sul/ SP
Your skills and abilities (required qualifications):
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Languages: Portuguese (native)/ English (advanced)/ Spanish (nice to have)
* Solid experience in HR, People Operations or Process Optimization (HR or Non-HR processes)
* Proven experience in: End-to-end process management, Digital tools and data analytics, Process improvement, standardization, or automation initiatives and Project management
