Você fará parte da equipe que presta suporte técnico para as soluções Philips, atuando junto a clientes da área da saúde.

Você será responsável por:
* Atendimento e resolução de ordens de serviço, com análise técnica e funcional;
* Garantir o atendimento ao cliente e sua satisfação, prezando pela qualidade e cumprimento de prazos;
* Atuação junto à equipe financeira, com foco em nota fiscal, impostos e rotinas financeiras dos sistemas;
* Apoio a demandas relacionadas a processos fiscais e financeiros dentro das soluções Philips;
* Análise e suporte técnico a sistemas, incluindo consultas em banco de dados SQL.

Para ter sucesso nessa posição você precisa:
* Ensino médio completo;
* Disponibilidade para atuação no modelo híbrido em Blumenau - SC;
* Experiência em suporte técnico, preferencialmente em sistemas da área da saúde, com destaque para Tasy;
* Experiência com suporte técnico a sistemas utilizando banco de dados SQL;
* Vivência ou conhecimento em rotinas financeiras, fiscais e tributárias será um diferencial importante;

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
