Job Purpose and Impact
The SST EU Outbound Scheduler will coordinate and plan logistics with third party providers and internal teams to ensure that customer sales orders are scheduled, loaded and delivered as required and resolve any issues as they arise. In this role, you will support the site supply chain team with outbound logistics and inventory execution with short term outlook. Responsibilities include order scheduling, data management, reporting and analysis and issue resolution.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure that sales order information is accurately and effectively communicated internally to Customer Service and Transport Execution and externally to third party providers.
* Outbound flow management - Prepare loading schedules to meet customer delivery requirements. Perform batch allocation of finished goods to customer sales orders.
* Support supply chain key performance indicators data collection, reporting, analysis and take timely actions when appropriate to meet the targets and close deviations.
* Receive, investigate and resolve logistics related customer complaints, raising service non conformance reports and claims with third party logistics providers as appropriate.
* Conduct stock movement reviews and support variance investigations for finished goods under guidance.
* Provide support for schedulers as back up on systems and data management, reporting and analysis.
* Ensure that product safety, quality and hygiene standards are set and driven at all times.
* Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other related field. Or equivalent experience.
* Fluency in English required.
Preferred Qualifications
* One year of experience in logistics or supply chain
* Experience with SAP.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
