What you'll be doing:In this role, you'll help drive sales performance by strengthening engagement across the field and creating a strong sense of belonging within the Avon community. You'll act as a key link between central and local teams, ensuring recognition programs and events are delivered effectively and feel relevant in the local market. From planning impactful events to bringing recognition initiatives to life, you'll play a central role in creating meaningful experiences that motivate and inspire, while ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

* Acting as the main connection point between central and local teams, sharing insights and ensuring alignment.
* Planning and delivering events and field rituals from concept through to execution and reporting.
* Managing sourcing and logistics for gifts, incentives, and local initiatives.
* Customising global recognition content to suit the local market and ensuring it is ready for rollout.
* Monitoring and managing budgets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and impact.
* Tracking the success of initiatives through data analysis and feedback, using insights to improve future activities.
* Maintaining a strong understanding of field engagement and continuously enhancing the overall experience.

What we're looking for:

* Experience in events, engagement, or recognition programs, ideally within a commercial or sales-driven environment.
* Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to work across local and global teams.
* A creative mindset with the ability to deliver engaging and meaningful experiences.
* Strong budget management and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working with data to measure impact and improve performance.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for creating positive and motivating environments.
