For this role you will expected to travel across Bulgaria and be in Sofia

In this exciting role as a Sales Representative, you will support our commitment to patients and partners by delivering the highest level of expertise, service, and collaboration for our Capital Equipment business. You will play a key part in strengthening partnerships and providing outstanding support aligned with our mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products
* Planning and prioritizing clinical, technical and education programs with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups
* Providing procedure support to the clinical team in the operating theatre
* Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request
* Organizing and conducting training to customers (surgeons and nurses) in collaboration with the district team; together with preparation of study material and plans
* Building long lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process
* Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement

Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Degree in Engineering, Bioengineering, Life Sciences, or another relevant technical or advanced qualification with a Technical background
* Experience working in an operating room environment, preferably with neurosurgical, ENT, surgical, or robotic medical devices
* Fluency in Bulgarian and English (minimum B2 level)
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
* Ability to build effective professional relationships with diverse stakeholders in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across the entire territory of Bulgaria

Previous training/education experience is highly preferrable in this position.
