What you do:
* Coordinate correspondence with all companies within the Allianz Bulgaria Holding Group.
* Monitor and allocate budget expenses in the SAP system.
* Facilitate communication and establish contacts with representatives of Allianz Holding Eins.
* Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting training sessions and seminars to enhance the qualifications and skills of the network.
* Collect and summarize information on emerging cases and issues.
* Develop models for analyzing and controlling sales performance.
* Contribute to the development of a remuneration and career development system.
* Assist in preparing specifications for automated systems related to the management, control, and operations.
* Monitor changes in regulations related to insurance and internal organizational policies within Allianz Bulgaria Holding, and disseminate relevant information.
* Support the preparation of competition terms to encourage sales and periodically summarize the results.
* Compile and verify the monthly performance results.
* Perform other tasks as assigned, related to the position.
What you bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Proficiency in SAP or similar financial systems is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and create performance reports.
* Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
* Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
