Key Responsibilities
* Financial Analysis
* Perform comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support lending decisions.
* Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and market data to determine client creditworthiness.
* Research & Reporting
* Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
* Client Support
* Assist in developing client proposals and presentations.
* Support senior bankers in managing client accounts and responding to client inquiries.
* Credit Assessment
* Contribute to the preparation of credit applications and risk assessments.
* Monitor existing credit facilities to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
* Transaction Support
* Facilitate the execution of transactions, including loan syndications and trade finance deals.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes.
* Administrative Tasks
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions and transactions.
* Assist in preparing internal reports and compliance documentation.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Prior experience or internship in corporate banking, investment banking, or a related financial field.
* Familiarity with financial software and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
