Description du poste:

Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets.
We are more than 34,000 people, in over 30 countries, dedicated to improving quality of life. Everyone has an important role to play. With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world's most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.
Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an enthusiastic Pursuit Coordinator to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding transportation business in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in producing winning submissions and compelling client presentations alongside our Strategic Opportunities and Pursuit Management teams. The position fosters strong relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure all collateral stands out for quality, timeliness, and value. Collaboration with technical specialists and our talented Graphic Design Team brings creative pursuit materials to life, while engagement with our Global Excellence Centers and Global Sales Support Center helps advance our capabilities and global reach. Pursuit Coordinators are at the heart of a collaborative team, driving efficient workflows, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring pursuit outputs are always of the highest standard.
Role accountabilities:
In this role, you will support Pursuit Directors and Leaders throughout the Market to Opportunity (MtO) and Pursuit to Win (PtW) phases, collaborating closely to complete a broad range of tasks. You will also provide daily advice and guidance to bid team members to share best practices and ensure the bidding process is followed. Supporting Apprentice and Assistant Pursuit Coordinators in carrying out their duties will be an important aspect of your responsibilities, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
During the Market to Opportunity (MtO) phase, you will create bid management spaces and collaboration hubs, set up meetings and workshops, and attend sessions to capture key actions and intelligence. You will be responsible for scheduling regular catch-ups and formal meetings, supporting the Pursuit Leader in completing MtO actions, and undertaking research to inform the pursuit strategy. Monitoring client procurement portals, maintaining accurate records in Oracle Sales Cloud, and facilitating or independently developing win themes for pursuits up to $0.5 million will also be part of your remit.
In the Pursuit to Win (PtW) phase, you will help set up and maintain pursuit plans, schedule key meetings, and ensure all incoming documents and tender queries are shared with the team. Producing documents, presentations, and other materials to a clear brief, as well as collating corporate information for Pre-Qualification Questionnaire submissions, will be central to your role. You will monitor client portals for updates, maintain deliverable lists and actions, set up templates, and ensure compliance and consistency checks are carried out. Supporting both junior and global staff, planning team communications, and facilitating answer planning for smaller pursuits will be essential to ensuring bid quality and timely delivery.
Throughout all phases, you will demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, proactively guiding a wide variety of stakeholders. Your ability to review and improve bid processes, create class-leading Microsoft templates, and ensure professional presentation of all pursuit materials will help drive success in our pursuit efforts. Your positive attitude, motivation, and commitment to your own development will be key to thriving in this fast-paced and rewarding role.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Previous experience in Pursuit Coordination or Project Management
* Aptitude for learning InDesign
* Knowledge of Market to Opportunity (MtO) and Pursuit to Win (PtW) processes and tools
* Bachelor's degree or vocational equivalent
* APMP Foundation certification preferred
