As an Invoice to Cash Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end Invoice to Cash (ITC) process, helping WK Kellogg Co maximize cash flow and deliver a seamless customer experience. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve payment issues, manage deductions, and ensure operational excellence across the cash cycle.
You'll partner cross-functionally with finance, customer service, and commercial teams while building strong relationships with customers to drive timely collections and continuous improvement.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset who can identify root causes, provide solutions, and improve processes.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Manage and optimize the invoice-to-cash cycle to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances
* Analyze and resolve deductions, payment discrepancies, and past-due invoices
* Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to identify trends and drive issue resolution
* Monitor and deliver against SLA's and KPI's, ensuring consistent performance
* Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
* Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, GAAP, and SOX requirements
* Support reporting, metrics tracking, and communication with leadership
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization
* Promote a high-performance, customer-centric team environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in collections, deductions, accounts receivable, or customer service
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office tools
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
Preferred:
* Experience in shared services or multinational environments
* Knowledge of Invoice to Cash processes and best practices
* Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Six Sigma is a plus)
* Experience working with global or cross-functional teams
