Job Description:

Prevencionista de Riesgos

* El cargo de Prevencionista de Riesgos pertenece al área de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y tiene como propósito principal planificar, implementar, controlar y mejorar la gestión preventiva en obra, asegurando el cumplimiento legal, corporativo y de los estándares aplicables en materias de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional (SSO).
* La persona será responsable de identificar peligros, evaluar riesgos, verificar controles en terreno y promover una cultura preventiva sólida, especialmente en actividades críticas propias del rubro construcción, tales como excavaciones, trabajos en altura, espacios confinados, izaje de cargas, uso de equipos y labores en entornos operativos complejos.
* Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentran la gestión integral de riesgos en obra, el aseguramiento del cumplimiento normativo, la planificación y control de trabajos de alto riesgo, la realización de inspecciones preventivas, la investigación de incidentes, la elaboración de reportes e indicadores HSE, la capacitación del personal y la coordinación con organismos externos, mutualidades, Comité Paritario y equipos internos de trabajo.
* Asimismo, deberá apoyar la implementación, mantenimiento y mejora del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, mantener actualizada la documentación preventiva, participar en reuniones de planificación, supervisar el cumplimiento de subcontratistas y colaborar en la gestión de emergencias y simulacros.
* El cargo requiere un perfil técnico, metódico y con alta presencia en terreno, capaz de acompañar a jefaturas, capataces, trabajadores y equipos operativos en la correcta aplicación de procedimientos, permisos de trabajo y controles preventivos, contribuyendo activamente a la reducción de incidentes, al cumplimiento normativo y a la mejora continua de la gestión preventiva.

Requisitos principales

* Formación: Título de Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos o carrera afín, o profesional de ingeniería/construcción con postítulo en Prevención de Riesgos reconocido en Chile.
* Registro obligatorio: Experto en Prevención de Riesgos ante SEREMI de Salud.
* Experiencia: Entre 3 y 5 años en prevención de riesgos en construcción, infraestructura u obras civiles, idealmente en proyectos de alta complejidad operacional.
* Conocimientos técnicos: Normativa chilena de seguridad laboral, Ley 16.744, DS 44, DS 594, gestión de riesgos, investigación de incidentes, SG-SST e ISO 45001.
* Herramientas: Microsoft Office nivel intermedio-avanzado, plataformas HSE, gestión documental, Teams y conocimientos básicos de interpretación de planos.
* Certificaciones deseables: Trabajo en altura, espacios confinados, primeros auxilios/RCP, ISO 45001, izaje de cargas y energías peligrosas.
