Analyst (AI/AI Agent Engineer), Global Markets

Job description

Y Responsible for the overall architecture design and implementation of AI systems and AI Agents (including function calling, tools calling, workflow orchestration, etc.).
Y Build data processing and service frameworks to connect multiple data sources to monitoring systems and internal applications.
Y Develop front-end tools or interfaces (e.g., internal chat platforms, visualization dashboards) for sales and trading as well as investment aspects.

Job requirements

Y Proficient in Python and familiar with at least one mainstream deep learning/large model framework (e.g., PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain).
Y Practical or project experience with LLM, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and Agent frameworks is preferred.
Y Strong engineering skills and sense of coding standards, capable of transforming prototypes into production-ready systems.
Y Strong interest in AI, Fintech, and new technologies, proactive learner.
Y Logical thinking, able to express through data and models, eager to understand the actual needs of frontline business.
Y Willing to collaborate across departments/ functions, capable of translating "technical language" into "business language."
Y Experience in relevant research projects, competitions, internships, or open-source contributions is a plus.
Y Fresh graduates are also welcome.
