Estamos buscando tu talento para unirte a nuestro equipo de Marsh. Basado en Bogotá el Dorado; siendo una posición híbrida que requiere al menos tres días a la semana

Como Analista de Comunicación y Marketing (temporal 6 meses) desempeñarás un papel crucial en el área

Contaremos contigo para:
* Ejecutar el calendario de contenidos para LinkedIn y Meta (Facebook e Instagram), adaptando mensajes a audiencias internas y externas.
* *Configurar, montar y optimizar campañas pagadas (segmentación y presupuestos) en LinkedIn y Meta Ads
* *Monitorear métricas de rendimiento, realizar optimizaciones continuas.
* *Coordinar con equipos de Comunicaciones, Talent/ y digital anuncios creativos y mensajes alineados.
* *Crear contenido para comunicación interna, mailings, videos, post en viva.

¿Qué necesitas tener?
* Profesional en comunicación y marketing, digital o a fines
* Mínimo de 1 a 2 años en Redes de Comunicación, social Media y Comunicación Digital
* Deseable manejo de Meta y LinkedIn
* Deseable conocimiento en Meta Adss Manager y LinkedIn Campain Manager
* Capacidad de manejar mensajes con claridad y coherencia
* Inglés: Intermedio B1 - B2
* Excel: Intermedio (Cruce de datos y tablas dinámicas)
