As a Sales Representative I, you will drive demand in the field while protecting and growing market share across your assigned territory. You will manage customer accounts with clear ownership of commercial results, engaging both medical professionals and administrative stakeholders. The role includes delivering product training and education, organizing sales activities, and collaborating cross functionally to support adoption of Medtronic's solutions-always focused on improving patient outcomes and delivering sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Promote and sell Medtronic products and services within an assigned territory and customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
* Develop, build, and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
* Identify customer needs and deliver product and service solutions that maximize value for both the customer and Medtronic
* Deliver and facilitate product and service training to customers and stakeholders
* Conduct market analysis, including customer and competitor activity, to identify opportunities.
* Implement and adjust commercial plans and strategies based on market dynamics
* Communicate customer feedback on new products or product enhancements to internal stakeholders (Marketing, R&D, Operations)
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor´s degree
* Fluency in English (minimum B1 level)
* At least 1 year of commercial experience, preferably in sales, account support, or customer-facing roles, with exposure to driving growth initiatives and building relationships with customers
* Experience in a healthcare environment and medical devices
* Familiarity or knowledge of cardiology and electrophysiology products is advantageous
* Problem-solving and hands-on approach
* Eagerness to learn
* Strong teamwork skills
