Job Description

Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to the Marketing team to ensure the effective execution of marketing initiatives. This role supports marketing events, promotional material development processes, budget tracking, and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Scheduling and coordination of marketing activities and events (e.g., symposiums, congress activities, and meetings)
* Assist with internal processes related to the development and approval of marketing promotional materials
* Support tracking and organization of marketing expenses and budget records
* Coordinate meeting schedules with internal teams and external partners and assist with meeting logistics
* Maintain documentation related to marketing activities and materials
* Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing team

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher required
* Preferred majors: Biology, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields
* Prior experience in marketing support or administrative roles required (including short-term roles or internships)
* Prior marketing administrative experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
* Agile with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively
* Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
