"Musketeers" have always been the main volume contributors, trial generators and sparks for creating kindred spirits in the On Premise environment, such as bars, restaurants, events, clubs and hospitality. As the face of the brand and the indispensable consultant to their On Premise territory, they are responsible for driving both the current and future distribution and sales of our product portfolio in key accounts. Musketeers plan, develop and execute measures to intensify consumption in existing On Premise locations and identify opportunities to win in new On Premise playgrounds.RESPONSABILIDADES

Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry players and business partners (including, but not limited to, outlet owners/managers, buyers, F&B managers, bar staff, distribution partners, etc.)
Build affinity and understanding of the Red Bull brand and products within your network.
Be seen as the credible, reliable and knowledgeable face of the Red Bull in the On Premise.
Deliver excellence with Red Bull's premium brand image in all activity and execution.

Know your territory like the back of your hand.
Drive focus on developing daytime consumption occasions.
Develop local customer strategies in line with the national business strategy and create innovative measures in order to achieve your goals.
Manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budget) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Master the On Premise universe by staying on the cutting edge of industry knowledge, trends and new opportunities (accounts, occasions, consumers).
Collaborate with internal (other departments) and external stakeholders (decision makers and influencers within key accounts, DP partners, wholesalers, beverage industry) to leverage business success.
Manage internal and external resources (materials, tools, budget) to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

INDISPENSABLE BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Build and maintain long-lasting collaborations with key stakeholders.
Negotiate win/win partnership agreements which add value to both the Red Bull business and customer's business.
Leverage your impressive communication, sales and marketing ability to keep Red Bull number one in the On Premise.
Drive and expand the business by identifying the right sales and marketing occasions at which Red Bull should be present (brand, product).
Turn insights into impactful programs to drive sales and leverage Red Bull brand image.
Measure success by diligently tracking, analysing and reporting on performance and areas of growth and opportunity.
EXPERIENCIA

Key Account management experience in B2B preferred.

Basic market knowledge and integration into local On Premise industry and community preferred.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.

Strong planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.

Proficient in MS office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
*
Integrated into the local scene and community (authentic and credible).

Demonstrable social networking experience.

Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.

Ability to think outside the box.

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

Intermediate English
