Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned to brand, launch, and lifecycle objectives.

* Own on-page, technical, and off-page SEO optimization across web properties.

* Partner with Content, UX, Development, and Legal/Regulatory teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded early in the workflow.

* Conduct keyword research and intent mapping to inform content strategy and patient / HCP journeys.

* Optimize site architecture, internal linking, metadata, schema markup, and page performance.

* Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, and overall site health.

* Leverage SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Adobe/GA, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify growth opportunities.

* Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics including rankings, traffic, CTR, engagement, and conversions.

* Support launch readiness by ensuring SEO compliance and discoverability for new brands or indications.

* Stay current on algorithm updates, search trends, and emerging best practices.

* Ensure all SEO-related activity adheres to regulatory, privacy, and compliance standards.

WHO YOU ARE

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

* 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in regulated or enterprise environments.

* Advanced English level.

* Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, and search algorithms.

* Experience partnering with development teams (CMS, site migrations, tagging).

* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

* Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally.
