Description du poste:
The Talent Sourcing Salaried Associate will support the North America salaried recruiting team and their business partners with recruiting activities including requisition management, sourcing, screening, tracking, reporting and pre-hire activities.
Requirements
* English and French Intermediate-Advanced
* Degree in business administration or similar (HR major preferred), High school education completed
* 2-3 years of experience in talent management, recruiting or onboarding desired.
* 2-year experience in office / business setting
* Experience with social media recruitment (preferred)
Essential functions
* Review New Requisition Request Form for accuracy and collaborate with recruiter or Sr. Recruiting Manger with questions or revisions needed as appropriate.
* Creates requisition in ATS (Application Tracker System) using New Hire Requisition Form, selects pre-employment package leveraging approved matrix and routes for appropriate approvals in system
* Track the approval process and provides communication to recruiter and hiring teams once approved and posted
* Lead end to end job posting post the job internally and externally.
* LinkedIn searches, resume databases, media leads, internet search and social media.
* Creates innovative sourcing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool for assigned requisitions through sourcing passive candidates, networking, complex internet searches, and employee referrals.
* Conducts initial resume screening (New Submissions) and passes along qualified candidates for recruiter review in ATS (Application Tracker System).
* Initiates pre-employment screening with identified candidates and help guide candidate through process.
* Communicate status of background check to recruiter and with HRBP (Human Relations Business Partner) for adjudication as necessary
* Moves candidates to Hired/Dispositions in ATS (Application Tracker System) according to recruiter direction.
* Adjusts requisitions as requested by recruiter
* Provide general administrative support to the team including phone screening support, records management, document preparation, presentation preparation, and database maintenance.
* Provide excellent customer service to all employees as well as building relationships with and supporting hiring teams and HR Business Partners through the recruitment and selection processes.
* Performs special projects as assigned by team lead
