Regular tasks:

* Managing and mentoring an interior design team while reporting to the Chief Interior Designer

* Collecting and providing design input from main stakeholders

* Hands-on designing, input creation (2D-3D), following up on CAD model development, presentations material, output creation and design deliveries.

* Coordinating activities, planning and handling both internal and external support

* Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, business and HR

* Defining and designing user experience, developing and protecting brand DNA

Responsibilities:

* Direct feedback and clarity to team to deliver on-time

* Help maintain visual and brand consistency between all products

* Promote teamwork and push for innovation

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences

* Help shape the product strategy and vision

* Finding opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways

Required skills and competencies:

* Strong knowledge of design process

* Product development from sketch to production

* Strong interactions with wider team and other departments/externals

* Brand awareness, communication skills, organisational skills, storytelling and presentation skills

* Highest level of visual output quality (2D, 3D)

* Work ethic and collaborative spirit
