Get in the driver's seat

As a Program Lead/Expert, you will be the main reference figure for the assigned area over a specific program from concept phase to mass production through the entire development proces (PCP Std)
Working across every company function you will be accountable for the project status for the perimeter you've been assigned to.

Where you'll make an impact

* Accountable for the achievement of the "G milestone" deliverables by measuring the Project status vs target by running (on regular bases) Engineering program review.

* Accountable for the management of the BOM Costs in terms of Actual vs Target vs Forecast, promote and lead exchange of information between the team, cost engineering, finance and purchasing on regular bases.

* Accountable for the management of the assigned budget line through the established company process (Weekly review, R&O, change control, Sourcing Council).

* Accountable for the defintion and approval of the CR affecting the assigned perimeter (from tech definition to approval and BOM implementation).

* Accountable for the schedule of activities needed to ensure Components readiness against G- milestones (design freeze, TKO, full release, testing and tech sign off of the components according to standards).

* Support the vehicle program in defining the project status (for the assigned area) and present it in front of the Board, C levels and any required forum of discussion.

* Support the exchange of information between different departments (Integration, Technology) on most relevant topics (vehicle calibration, drivability, FUSA, Cyber security, Concept, DMU, Virtual Validation etc...).

* Support issue resolution, Job Cards approval, in relation to program status to minimize impacts on program timing.

What are your core components

* Support other department in solving emerging engineering issues related to legacy programs or customer's vehicles.

* Engage with main external suppliers and manage costs and timings, and ensuring program milestones are met, including evaluation of RFQ responses to influence management decisions.

* To establish regular design review with cross functional team (either SET or specific war room / deep dive approach).

* Present status in front of senior managment in any required forum or circumstances.

* Be a team player by promoting communication in between teams / departments to keep all aligned on critical activities that may affect the achievement of specific KPIs (releases, development, testing, sign off, TKO...).

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

* Experience in CAD (DMU checks, GD&T, Assy interfaces) Modelling skills as Plus; CATIA/ENOVIA as Plus.

* Proficient in EXCEL, PPT and Microsoft Office in general; Matlab / Simulink as a plus.

* Experience on all relevant vehicle legislation and certification requirements for automotive hybrid powertrain components and systems.

* Automotive development process with particular attention to: tooling processes, variable/investment cost, R&D & DVP costs.

Salary range: EUR55,000 - EUR92,500 gross per year (depending on experience)
