What You'll Build
In this role, you'll:
* Support the planning and execution of enablement initiatives, including certification programs and learning campaigns, to drive adoption of value management practices.
* Assist in the creation, organization and delivery of initiatives for driving adoption for new tools, frameworks, and best practices.
* Track and analyze participation, feedback, and adoption metrics to help improve enablement effectiveness.
* Support with document preparation and executive communication for content geared towards senior leadership and extended value advisory team.
* Support selected field engagements on Demand Generation, Deal Maturation and Deal Execution, i.e., through contributing POV documents and business case
* Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to improve efficiency of internal and external facing processes.
* Various ad hoc and administrative tasks.
What You Bring
* Pursuing a Master's Degree with focus on finance, strategy, consulting, STEM or combination of these
* Strong analytical capabilities a must
* Experience in cross-functional teams, ability to manage multiple stakeholders a plus
* Problem-solver with tenacity to get the job done
* Keeping an eye for detail in content creation and analysis
* Ability to develop storylines, build high-quality PowerPoint presentations
* Excellent presentation & facilitation skills (in person & virtual)
* Appetite to learn & positive attitude
* Full fluency in English
* GPA 3.5+
WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous internship experience required, preferably in a large organization
