What To Expect
Start Date: July/August 2026

Location: Dubai/Abu Dhabi

Duration: 24 months

Time Type: Full-Time / 40 hours per week (including weekend working)

As the newest member of Tesla's Emirati Future Talent Traineeship Programme, you will play a key part in supporting us in our mission 'to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy' and forming the next generation of Tesla talent. Whether you're an you're looking for an alternative to further education, just graduated, or simply wanting a change of career to something a little more awesome, this is a fantastic opportunity for Emiratis who'd like to experience all the key entry-level roles we have on offer here at Tesla, and receive expert career mentorship from industry professionals who are passionate about helping you succeed every step of the way.

This programme has a strong focus on potential rather than academic achievement. For this reason, please note the recruitment process for this programme will only consist of 3 stages; a short online questionnaire, a screening call with Tesla Recruiter, and a final interview with the Hiring Manager.

What You'll Do
This is your chance to enrol onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting, hands-on opportunity to rotate around all our core departments. Your progression & performance will be reviewed at each key department rotation, equipping you with all the tools & skills required to succeed, and allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the 24-month programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated self-starters who thrive in taking accountability for their own learning & development to: support key business functions and projects, meet and exceed targets, and contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive real change.

As part of this single fast-track programme, you'll have the opportunity to experience all our following core business functions. Whilst this format may change subject to business needs, the core departments you can expect to experience include: Sales, Delivery, Service and Customer Operations.

Your journey doesn't end with the programme. Working alongside our people-focused leadership team, subject to your performance & progression during the programme, you'll have the opportunity to map out your potential future career trajectory within Tesla. Upon completion of the programme you will be given the opportunity to apply for any available full-time roles that align with your strengths and aspirations.

What You'll Bring

* Emirati/UAE National with family book
* Holding a full UAE Driving License
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
* A passion for Tesla & our mission
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Eager to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
* An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities
* Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent Tesla in a positive manner
* Willingness to travel to different Tesla locations and/or events on a regular basis
* Not be in full-time education when the programme starts (we are also currently unable to hire gap year students)
