Warehouse Clerk

Description du poste:

Responsibilities

* Receive shipments from courier companies
* Pick up shipments from Airport/ Sea port
* Handover shipments to customer
* Packing and dispatch of spare parts
* Organize the warehouse and maintain the storage area as well as replenishing the work supplies
* Administrative and organisational duties (e.g. cycle count, aging analyses etc.)
* Close cooperation with spare parts- as well as service and logistics department, print delivery notes
* Updating the ERP system with incoming and outgoing of merchandise

Competencies

* Completed technical and/or logistics apprenticeship
* Experience in a comparable occupation
* Driving & Forklist license is mandatory
* Good communication skills
* English fluent in both, spoken and written
* Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel etc.)
* Experiencend in reporting by email
