Job Description

Buscamos un Técnico de Mejora para optimizar nuestros procesos de producción y operativos , crando rutinas automáticas de analisis de datos y presentación de información relevante , garantizando la eficiencia, la calidad y la seguridad.

Responsabilidades
* Identificar, analizar e implementar mejoras en los procesos productivos y operativos utilizando metodologías Lean y Six Sigma.
* Realizar estudios de tiempos y movimientos, análisis de flujo de valor y mapeo de procesos para identificar oportunidades de optimización.
* Colaborar con los equipos de producción, ingeniería y calidad para desarrollar e implementar soluciones efectivas.
* Participar en la estandarización de procedimientos de trabajo y la documentación de las mejores prácticas.
* Capacitar al personal en nuevas metodologías y herramientas de mejora continua.
* Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en mejora de procesos.
* Preparar informes de seguimiento y presentar los resultados de los proyectos de mejora a la dirección.
* Automatizar analisis de datos para toma de decisiones.

Requisitos
* Formación profesional de grado superior relacionados con big data, sistemas automáticos o similares
* Experiencia demostrable de al menos 1 años en roles similares, preferiblemente en el sector manufacturero o farmacéutico.
* Conocimiento y aplicación práctica de metodologías Lean (5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM) y Six Sigma (DMAIC).
* Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos y resolución de problemas.
* Habilidades avanzadas en el uso de herramientas informáticas (MS Office, software de análisis estadístico).
* Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
* Orientación a resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
* Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2) deseable.
