What you'll do
* Support the organization of the stockroom and product flow to the shop floor
* Assist with deliveries, stock processing and replenishment
* Maintain accurate stock handling and follow inventory processes
* Support the team to work efficiently and keep operations running smoothly
* Help monitor daily priorities and respond to store needs
* Work across the shop floor when required to support the wider team

What we're looking for
* Experience in stockroom, operations or inventory-focused retail roles
* Strong organization and attention to detail
* Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks
* A proactive mindset with confidence to support and guide others
* Clear communication skills and a team-focused approach
* Interest in operational processes and improving how things work
* Availability to work a full-time roster (38 hours per week), including weekdays, weekends, late nights and public holidays
* You must have full Australian working rights to be considered for this role
