User Acquisition Analyst

We are looking for a User Acquisition Analyst to support our global growth across Organic and Paid channels through smart analysis, optimization and collaboration with multiple teams and markets.
What is important for the role: Experience * Previous experience in user acquisition, performance marketing or data-driven roles (ideally 3+ years). * Hands-on background with Paid Search and Google Shopping campaigns. * Experience working with Google Analytics 4 and data extraction in an e-commerce environment. Soft skills * Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to understand user behaviour. * Proactive, flexible and excited about exploring new digital trends and channels. * Ability to communicate insights clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Problem-solving attitude and a growth mindset. Technical * Confident using Google Ads, Google Trends, Search Console, Keyword Planner and the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with international search engines (Yahoo, Bing, Baidu, Naver) is a plus. * Additional knowledge of SEO or experience in luxury, retail or travel is beneficial. Languages * High level of English and Spanish - you will work in an international environment
