Overview
You will be responsible for analyzing customer mid-term demand and sales data. Maintain accurate forecast repositories for the business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand plans with supply. Monitor and report demand plan performance, as well as track main building blocks included and collect insights to be able to explain future selling performance. Work with significant PepsiCo markets across Europe and Sector teams.
Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
- Demand Planning Business Units Partnering, across Europe Pepsico Market Units, to ensure DP process and tools adoption
- DP capabilities development
- Short term Demand Planning performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support team in adhoc analysis
- Review and validate supporting documentation to ensure it meets operational and scheduling requirements.
- Prepare and deliver recurring reports and compliance indicators.
Qualifications
What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced English skills, both written and conversational, as this role supports teams based in the United States.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Clear and professional communication skills with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to workflow automation tools such as PowerApps or similar platforms.
- Understanding of service commitments, performance metrics, and operational follow-up.
- Ability to analyze structured data and validate it against business requirements.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
