Job purpose:

As an Accounting GL Analyst you will play a key analytical role within the Accounting team, supporting one European country.
The position has a strong focus on margin analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency in results.
This role requires a purely analytical profile, with strong accounting knowledge and the ability to identify gaps, adjustments, and improvement opportunities in margins and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze margins to identify discrepancies, gaps, and required adjustments.
* Perform detailed margin and variance analysis to understand financial performance.
* Support the accounting and finance operations for one European country.
* Identify and propose adjustments to financial operations to improve accuracy and controls.
* Ensure correct accounting treatment and alignment with internal policies.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders.
* Prepare and review financial analyses and reports to support decision-making.
* Participate actively in month-end close.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

* Strong background in Accounting.
* Solid experience margin analysis.
* Advanced knowledge of SAP.
* Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting.
* Fluent English is mandatory (daily working language).
* Highly analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to identify issues, understand root causes, and propose adjustments.
* Experience in multinational or complex financial environments is a strong plus.
