Description du poste:
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Analytics Manager to support the performance analysis of our key categories: Dairy products, plant-based business, and bottled water. This role will reinforce the current sell-out analysis capabilities and expand the scope to include innovation tracking and household panel insights, enabling a more holistic view of category dynamics and consumer behavior.
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Support the Analytics Manager in the analysis of retail performance across assigned categories.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sell-out trends, promotional effectiveness, and distribution KPIs.
* Integrate innovation performance tracking into existing analytical frameworks, identifying early signals and success drivers.
* Analyze household panel data to uncover consumption patterns, shopper profiles, and switching behaviors.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Category Management) to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.
We believe that it is positive to have:
* Professional experience: 1–2 years of experience in FMCG analytics, preferably with exposure to sell-out data, Retail panel and/or Household panel.
* Background required: Degree in Statistics, Economics, Market Research, Data.
* Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI; knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
