Overview The Tech Developer will be responsible for the evolution, stability, and optimization of the technology stack related to CRM and the digital ecosystem. Ensures that all platforms, integrations, and workflows are properly connected and orchestrated, while maintaining a robust, scalable, and efficient database structure that supports business strategy and process automation. Responsibilities Continuously evaluate the current technology stack, ensuring proper integration, connectivity, and orchestration across platforms. Oversee the overall technology architecture. Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and scalability within the technology ecosystem. Design and develop API-based integrations to connect internal and external systems. Automate processes across different stages of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, internal operations). Develop and configure automated agents to optimize operational and interaction workflows. Optimize and monitor the technology ecosystem (AWS cost monitoring and troubleshooting). Design, structure, and maintain database architecture (DB), ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability. AWS provisioning and configuration (review and maintenance of databases). Support the review of daily Loyalty redemptions. Collaborate with CRM, Data, and Product teams to ensure technical developments align with business strategy. Document developments, workflows, and technical integrations to ensure operational continuity. Ensure security standards, quality control, and best practices in all implemented developments. Qualifications 4-6+ years in technology development, systems integration, and process automation within digital or CRM environments or Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. API development and consumption (REST, SOAP) Systems architecture and integrations Process automation and Database design and structuring Strong backend development knowledge, Backend programming (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar) AWS Cloud architecture Management of relational and non-relational databases Scalable architecture design Version control (Git) Testing and debugging Node.js / Python / Java; SQL / PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB; REST APIs; Firebase CRM and Marketing Automation platforms Git / GitHub / GitLab Automation tools High level in English to be evaluated by Talent Acquisition Team.
