About this position

What you´ll do

* Performs lab test, lab demonstrations and customer training
* Completes customer technical request testing and reports within the AE database or equivalent, including 'customer ready' reports
* Supports internal and external technical requests and projects
* Equipment Level II - responsible for dispensing equipment support inhouse/at customer to colleagues and cusyomers
* Runs and upkeeps laboratory equipment, leads/supports ongoing standardization, harmonization and administration of laboratory test methods
* Ensures laboratory and application equipment are calibrated and safety checked in compliance with local regulations
* Provides technical resource and assessment to market while supporting "must win" projects and programs
* Responsible for CRM database documentation of the performed lab activities
* Trains Sales/Marketing and other AE personnel on products/dispensing systems

What makes you a good fit

* Degree in Engineering/Chemistry
* Fluent in English & Spanish
* 1-2 years of experience of laboratory/workshop testing is desirable.
* Willingness and motivation to learn and work with chemical products
* Well-developed customer facing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, with the ability to multitask
* High degree of enthusiasm and problem-solving skills.
* IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, ability to work in a digitalized environment
* Understanding technical papers and reports, Safety Data Sheets, etc.
* Flexibility as travel is required
* 100% onsite: Montornes del Valles (Laboratory in Production plant)
