Job Description:
An opportunity for Product Delivery Manager has arisen within Airbus defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla)

Responsibilities

As member of the management team, manages, leads, develops and engages a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety requirements, with respect to the country work legal context.

Drive continuous improvement and ensure effective communication within the team and key interfaces.

Deliver products on time, on quality on cost, in a safe and healthy environment with competent and engaged people, with respect to the country work legal environment.

What we are looking for:

Educated to degree level

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills

Team spirit and able to work in a dynamic environment

High level of motivation to lead complex projects

English: Negotiation level

Spanish: Fluent
