Your role

About the Role
As our Data, AI, and Analytics organization continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Freelance Operations Support Specialist to provide long-term operational support and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the function. This role will play a critical part in supporting business operations across finance, team coordination, sourcing, and recruitment activities.
You will work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to keep priorities on track, improve operational efficiency, and provide coordination support that enables teams to focus on delivering impact. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and managing a variety of operational activities.
Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day operational activities across the Data, AI, and Analytics organization
* Assist with financial tracking, budget coordination, and operational reporting activities
* Coordinate team-related processes, meetings, and organizational activities
* Support contract management, sourcing processes, and vendor coordination
* Partner with HR and hiring teams to track recruitment activities and hiring progress
* Maintain documentation and support process organization across teams
* Monitor timelines, priorities, and follow-up actions across initiatives
* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team processes
* Provide general coordination and administrative support as needed
About you

You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You enjoy creating structure, coordinating across teams, and ensuring operations run smoothly.
You also bring:
* Experience in operations, project coordination, business support, or similar roles
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Experience supporting financial, sourcing, or administrative activities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
* Experience working with HR or recruitment processes is a plus
* Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
