📄 JOB DESCRIPTION

The Planning Coordinator leads a team of Planners and ensures the proper execution of planning and Supply Chain operations for the French BtoB.

The role focuses on team management, operational follow-up, performance monitoring and cross-functional coordination to secure service level and cost control.

This is a temporary maternity cover position, ensuring continuity of operations and team stability during the absence period. It offers a valuable opportunity to step into a coordination role, develop leadership skills and gain visibility across Supply Chain operations.

🎯 TASKS

Team management
* Lead and manage a team of Planners
* Follow up on objectives related to planning performance
* Support team development and ensure operational consistency

Operational Follow-up & Performance Monitoring
* Allocate workload and monitor team productivity
* Ensure clear prioritisation and execution standards
* Oversee operational planning across all logistics flows
* Define and implement measures to improve service and cost

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
* Collaborate with internal teams (Supply, Commercial, Warehouses, Transport, ... etc)
* Coordinate and negotiate with partners such as suppliers
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

👉 MUST HAVE skills

* Strong experience in performance monitoring (KPIs)
* Ability to translate data into operational improvement initiatives
* Ability to manage complexity and drive operational performance
* Experience in Supply Chain / Planning is a plus
* Proven team management or coordination experience
* Effective communication skills
* Continuous improvement mindset
* Fluent in English
* French is a plus
