Reward Analyst

Location: Barcelona, Spain

As a Reward Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering Reward services across (COMPANY NAME) Europe's 28 countries. You will:

Regular Activities:
* Review job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine the appropriate grade of roles, ensuring effective communication with the business.
* Gather market information based on job data, analyze data, and perform market pricing for recruitment processes, promotions, and salary increases.
* Extract, analyze, and provide relevant internal and external data to the Reward, Recognition, and Mobility team to support decision-making.
* Maintain the Global Grade Structure and ensure adherence to the governance model.
* Support the mobility process by assisting with determining mobility assignment packages and modeling assignment package costs.
* Monitor the Reward queue in the case management system and take necessary steps to ensure timely resolution.

Annual Activities:
* Prepare for the Annual Salary Review, including obtaining economic indicators, identifying salary gaps, and addressing special cases.
* Support the bonus cycle by consolidating bonus amounts and ensuring correct treatment of special cases.
* Conduct bonus forecasts and respond to forecast requests.
* Refresh yearly salary ranges by compiling data from external surveys and internal calibration.
* Prepare and submit compensation data for third-party market data surveys.
* Identify areas for improvement in processes and bring them to the Team to find the best action
* Administer the Executive Stock Option scheme in collaboration with (COMPANY NAME) Corporation of America and Merrill Lynch.

HR Projects:
* Prepare and execute ad hoc mass job evaluation and job pricing requests resulting from organizational changes.
* Prepare ad hoc compensation analysis requests and provide guidance on reward decision-making.
* Manage and serve as the main contact for yearly cycles such as the Annual Salary Review, Bonus Calculation, and Stock options administration.

You will bring
* Proven experience in reward in a complex corporate environment
* Good organization skills and ability to work on several assignments simultaneously
* Experience working within a multi-cultural organization
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Knowledge of Job Evaluation and administration of annual salary review
* Proficiency in MS Office tools such Excel
* Familiarity with short-term and long-term Incentives administration will be valuable
* Familiarity with HR systems is a plus
