Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints
Provide accurate and timely information
Follow company guidelines and procedures
Work effectively as part of a team
Requisitos: Polish: C2 level
Good fluency in English
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work night shift hours
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Beneficios: What we offer

38.5 hours/week. Day schedules between 10:00 - 18:00 pm, from Monday to Sunday
Salary: EUR18.756 gross/year - Temporary contract
