At Papernest, you will receive training in the best sales techniques and contribute to the commercial objectives of a scale-up with a strong sales culture. As a Business Developer, you will play a strategic role in our B2B growth. You will be part of an ambitious and united SMB team in our Barcelona office, which is at the core of our partnership model.
A typical day:
Prospecting: Identifying high-potential partners and making initial contact through qualified cold calling to constantly feed the pipeline.
Product demonstration: Conducting personalized demos to present the value of the product and the commercial offer based on the partner's needs.
Negotiation and closing: Strategic management of objections, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
Partner onboarding: Overseeing the operational launch of collaborations and coordinating the handover to the Customer Success team.
Performance tracking: Constant analysis of personal KPIs to monitor results and ensure the achievement of goals.
Team coaching and development: Active participation in workshops and co-development sessions to improve sales techniques and team strategy.
Your profile:
At least 1 year of experience in business development, prospecting, or B2B sales.
Great fluency on the phone, persuasiveness, and the ability to build trust quickly.
Results-oriented and motivated to exceed targets.
Excellent command of Spanish or Italian, both spoken and written (Catalan and English are a plus).
Curious, rigorous, organized, and with a good understanding of business dynamics.
