A well-established and growing ABA organization with multiple clinic locations across Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their Tucson team. ✅ Position Requirements
* BCBA or BCBA-D certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
* Master's Degree required
* Active Arizona state license (or ability to obtain)
🩺 Key Responsibilities
This role is primarily clinic-based, offering flexibility in daily structure and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary setting.
* Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with a manageable caseload
* Review behavioral data and adjust individualized treatment plans with a focus on quality care
* Provide thoughtful clinical guidance and feedback to team members
* Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other providers
* Participate in team meetings and care coordination
* Conduct occasional school consultations or home visits (minimal - approx. 1%)
* Support interns and junior clinical staff as needed
🕒 Schedule
Flexible scheduling options available, including:
* 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
* 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
* Split schedule between clinic and remote work
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (flexible and open to negotiation based on experience)
