Description du poste:

Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Materials Planning Analyst. This position will be located at our Rumford, RI facility.

The Materials Planning Analyst is responsible for the analysis of material inputs to maximize production planning, capacity, product completion and delivery efficiency to support customer and site requirements. Include the analysis of material and production trends in order to identify opportunities for improve of costs, lead times, and optimization of inventory.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:

* Maintain production schedules and daily production pull for assigned value stream.
* Update short-term capacity plans (daily/weekly) and track key constraints.
* Monitor material availability; coordinate resolution of shortages and expedites.
* Reconcile priority/hot lists and communicate impacts of order changes.
* Track past-due/overdue orders and support actions from daily production meetings.
* Maintain accurate order status and promise dates in MFGPro/ERP; partner with Customer Service.
* Support SIP/S&OP activities by preparing updates, metrics, and reports.
* Document and challenge forecast assumptions using market/industry/statistical analysis
* Assist with inventory review and disposition of excess/obsolete materials.
* Follow all safety requirements and report on unsafe conditions as needed.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
* This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person, defined as a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158.
* No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Rumford, RI will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of three (3) months of internship or co-op experience in a Supply Chain function.
* Experience in Supply Chain supporting a manufacturing environment.
* APICS CPIM certification.
* Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) experience.

Skills:

* Strong experience and knowledge of MRP/ERP concepts.
* Possess sound knowledge and experience in successfully deploying purchasing strategies and driving cost-out.
* Ability to analyze, identify, and implement opportunities and corporate initiatives for improvement that have measurable dollar impact annually.
* Strong written and oral communications skills.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
* Knowledge of MS Office applications.
