ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Financial administrative technician - English speaker. This role will report to the Billing team leader of the Service Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collecting all the commercial documents required for your business on time,
* Enter and validate orders in our information system,
* Checking invoicing details and drawing up customer invoices,
* Follow-up customers and manage any billing disputes,
* Ensuring that sales are recognized and taking part in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices by validating outstanding invoices.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree,
* Fluent in English,
* Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
