Job description

Investor Relations Analyst - M/F

What we offer
The Investor Relations Analyst will join URW's Investor Relations and Financial Communication team at the core of the Group's dialogue with equity and credit investors. This role combines financial analysis, strategic messaging and direct exposure to capital markets in a highly visible international environment.

Working closely with senior management, you will play a central role in shaping the Group's equity story and credit positioning, engaging with key external stakeholders (sell-side analysts, shareholders and investors). This is a high-visibility position offering a unique combination of financial analytical depth, strategic insight and market exposure, which requires the ability to navigate complex topics with discipline, precision and sound judgement.

In this role, you will also work on strengthening market intelligence, contribute to the preparation of key financial communication materials and support investor engagement while ensuring consistency, clarity and credibility across all financial communications.

Over time, you will take full leadership of defined topics and processes, while helping improve the team's tools, reporting and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

Financial analysis and market intelligence
* Analyse financial performance, operational KPIs and capital structure to support the Group's equity story
* Monitor closely market trends, peer performance and investor feedback
* Challenge analysts' models vs. the Group's Business plan
* Contribute to consensus tracking, variance analysis and key messaging implications
* Develop and maintain internal analytical tools and benchmarking framework

Investor communication and materials
* Contribute to prepare earnings materials, investor presentations, scripts, Q&A and press releases
* Translate complex financial and strategic topics into clear, concise and impactful messaging
* Ensure consistency of messaging across financial communication disclosures
* Support the preparation of roadshows, investor meetings and capital markets events

Strategic projects

Contribute to ad hoc strategic analyses (portfolio evolution, capital allocation, asset strategy)
* Support execution of markets transactions from a communication standpoint
* Participate in enhancing IR processes, tools and data management

Process coordination and execution
* Help drive efficient execution across reporting cycles and key investor engagement activities
* Support the planning of roadshows, conferences, investor meetings and site visits
* Contribute to the continuous enhancement of IR processes, reporting and analytical tools

What we are looking for
* You hold a Master's degree from a business school, engineering school or university in Finance.
* You bring 2+ years of experience in finance (e.g. Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking) and/or real estate.
* You have solid financial modelling and analytical skills
* You have a strong interest in capital markets, real estate and corporate strategy
* You combine a high level of attention to detail with the ability to see the broader picture
* You are able to structure, prioritise and synthesize large volumes of information with clarity
* You communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and orally
* You are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
* You demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* You have a collaborative mindset and are able to coordinate effectively across diverse stakeholders
* You are intellectually curious and willing to challenge and refine narratives
