This role is an existing position within Industrial Automation, designed to support the need for continued focus on adding value and enhancing the business dynamics of Pricing Excellence within the Offer Category Management group.
Your role:
Reporting to the Global Pricing Director for IA (Jennifer Mullins), you as Pricing and Business Analyst will work as part of the wider IA Category Management team to support and identify areas of price optimization at product line, country and regional levels.
Your missions:
* Extracting, analysing and presenting findings and recommendations for price optimisation, ensuring that data quality is clean, clear and concise
* Providing ad hoc analytical reporting to management
* Developing dynamic pricing tools, dashboards and templates to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends within IA
* Working on specific projects to harmonize and enhance price management initiatives
Your profile:
* BA/BS degree in Business/Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Quantitative or related field with a minimum of two years experience in analytics, preferably in pricing
Your competences:
* Experience of Tableau and Pfx and Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential to be successful in this role and are highly desired, but not essential upon application
* Strong aptitude for working with numbers
* Must be able to work effectively in a global team environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
* Excellent attention to detail, goal oriented, and willingness to work with cross-functional teams
* Ability to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of projects

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 43.200 - EUR 64.800 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual's compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
