You join the Critical Metals & Mobilities team of the Energy Transition & Mobility department as an Analyst.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
* Drafting and compiling credit reports (analysis of the sector/borrower and financing)
* Participate in the negotiation and implementation of Terms sheets and legal documentation
* Carry out financial analysis, rating counterparties, compliance procedures, and calculating profitability indicators
* Monitoring of post-closing financing (waivers, reviews, ratings, compliance), sector monitoring, monitoring of market indicators.
