ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We are currently in the search of a HR business analyst to join our offices in Porto.
ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries.
In this context, we are looking for a Business Analyst. While the position is primarily focused on HR topics, it may also cover Travel & Expense activities and related projects.
Relevant experience includes at least 2 years in roles such as Business Analyst, Project Owner, Key User, or HR/ Travel & Expense administration.
Reporting locally to the HR Business Analyst Team Leader, the candidate will collaborate closely with the HR Business Analyst teams based in Porto and in France.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project management:
* Act as the lead on your own stream,
* Organize and coordinate activities, ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders,
* Act as a key relay between business teams and technical teams,
* Contribute to the deployment kit and support its continuous improvement.
Key user communication :
* Interact with HR and Travel & Expense key users in France and abroad,
* Lead workshops to identify and analyze user needs,
* Support key users in expressing and formalizing their requirements.

Continuous improvement:
* Contribute to the continuous improvement and deployment of processes in line with the core model solutions.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

PROFILE:
* A good level of English (B2) is mandatory, and a working knowledge of French (B1) is appreciated,
* Capacity to quickly gain autonomy and take ownership of assigned tasks. 
* Ability to lead topics and drive initiatives within one's scope,
* Solid communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect teams and stakeholders,
* Good organizational skills and autonomy in managing daily activities.
