Your Role

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of technicians and operators while ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with safety standards, and operational efficiency.
You will act as a key link between field teams, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring smooth execution of maintenance activities and continuous improvement of site performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily operations of the service team
Ensure adherence to Vestas processes, safety standards, and quality requirements
Monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement
Support the development and training of team members, including safety initiatives
Manage workforce planning and ensure resource availability
Oversee reporting, time tracking, and task execution accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

What We're Looking For

Demonstrated background leading teams in operational or industrial settings
Solid technical understanding of mechanical systems or wind turbine operations
A safety-first mindset and commitment to high standards
Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities
Comfortable working in a changing environment and prioritizing tasks efficiently
Methodical approach and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with digital tools (MS Office; SAP or similar systems)
Well-developed capability to manage personal responsibilities, accommodate changing requirements, and maintain order
