Your mission
The Industry Solution Experience Manager for High-Tech shapes, industrializes, and promotes differentiated Industry Solutions by combining advanced 3D modeling, AI-enabled engineering, and deep CATIA and/or Solidworks expertise.

He/She defines and articulates compelling value propositions and Industry Solution Experiences addressing the complex challenges of personal electronics, smart devices, and humanoid or autonomous robotic systems. By translating customer needs and business cases into end-to-end solution architectures, he/she demonstrates how Dassault Systèmes solutions accelerate innovation, manage complexity, and deliver measurable business and sustainability outcomes.

Acting as a bridge between R&D, Brands, and the field, he/she continuously enriches the High-Tech Industry Portfolio by leveraging customer insights, industry trends, AI-driven design capabilities, and best practices in 3D modeling, systems engineering, and simulation.

He/She engages directly with key accounts as a trusted advisor, delivering high-impact sales pitches, technical workshops, and demonstrations. Through executive interactions, events, webinars, and enablement activities, he/she drives pipeline generation, industry awareness, and Dassault Systèmes' positioning as a strategic innovation partner.

Your qualifications

* Advanced expertise in CATIA and/or Solidworks 3D modeling, including complex surfaces, parametric and multi-body design
* Strong understanding of AI-enabled design, generative engineering, automation, and optimization
* Experience with systems engineering and multi-disciplinary product development, especially in electronics or robotics
* Value-based selling and executive-level technical storytelling
* Business case development and KPI / ROI articulation
* Technical documentation and solution architecture definition
* Advisory on sustainable and efficient product design
* Customer insight generation and High-Tech industry knowledge
* Data analytics and performance measurement
* Strong knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes High-Tech Industry and portfolio
