ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support our rapid growth across Europe, the Group has decided to establish a Center in Porto to provide administrative and financial support to its European subsidiaries. In this context, we are looking for a Transformation Operations & Governance Coordinator who will serve as the operational backbone for two critical streams:

1. ALTEN's Transformation Program:
Turns strategy into action by ensuring seamless execution of governance forums, documentation, and tools - operationalizing frameworks to drive measurable results.

2. ALTEN SHARED SERVICES CENTER (ALTEN SC) Initiatives:
Drives consistency and efficiency in ALTEN SC's growth by supporting governance, documentation, and operational needs -ensuring scalable and standardized processes.

IMPACT & COLLABORATION
By ensuring transparency, accountability, and follow-through, this role empowers leadership to focus on high-impact strategic projects-while guaranteeing operational rigor and efficiency.

The position collaborates closely with ALTEN SC Transformation Expert, Head of ALTEN SC, and cross-functional teams, as well as key HQ Transformation stakeholders based in France (e.g., Head of Process & Methods, Head of Tools & Systems) to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all initiatives.

Minimum/Essential Skills/Qualifications

PROFILE:
* 2-3 years in operational coordination, governance support, or project assistance-ideally in a shared services, transformation office, or corporate environment.
* Experience supporting governance forums, documentation, or cross-functional initiatives (e.g., scheduling, action tracking, SharePoint maintenance).

* Execution-focused: Translates strategic direction into structured, actionable tasks- ensuring plans are operationalized smoothly.
* Stakeholder coordination: Proactively liaises with teams and executives to gather inputs, align logistics, and maintain transparency (e.g., calendar management, meeting prep).
* Process-oriented: Highly organized, with a knack for standardization (e.g., templates, documentation, follow-ups) to improve efficiency.
* Facilitative mindset: Supports meeting logistics and documentation (e.g., minutes, action tracking).
* Adaptable and proactive: Thrives in a growing, evolving office - eager to take on new challenges as ALTEN's Transformation Program scales.
* Discreet and professional: Handles confidential information with integrity; understands the sensitivity of transformation work.

Tools & Languages
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams), Brevo, and basic data tools.
* Fluent in English and French; Portuguese is a plus.
