Royal Canin's Supply Chain team is looking for a Logistic Operation Manager. for its Distribution/Transportation field.
Our future Associate will know how to apply theory and put it into practice with an in-depth understanding of a specific area and independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the role.

What are we looking for? 
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
* Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)
* Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
* Excellent Verbal Communication
* Ability to builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

What will be your key responsibilities? 
* You'll achieve specific goals for area of responsibility by working within an established supplier management plan or finding ways to improve it.
* You'll deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
* You'll manage relationships with small clients while also helping senior colleagues manage more important client and customer relationships.
* You'll work within established knowledge management systems to deliver pre-set outcomes for area of responsibility.
* You'll provide operational support services and sometimes act as first-line supervisor of a transactional operations area. Involves using existing systems and protocols.
* You'll develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
